I'm Karen McCall, also known as KD McCall, the Golden Valley KD McCall. Since 1990, I've called Golden Valley, NC home, and have been involved in the community and the community club. It was at the request of the Golden Valley Community Club in 1997 (there-abouts) that I began to work on the History of Golden Valley. Toward that end I began to collect information on the community and to write about it. Western Carolina Communities published my synopsis and the Rutherford County Historical Society borrowed it, and through that Blue Ridge Internet asked if I'd like to contribute to the Rutherford History Project. Shall we sum it up by saying - and so-forth? As a consequence I am one of this area's foremost cheerleaders and have written a collection of articles on the community. And not only Golden Valley, but Sunshine, Duncan's Creek, the Logan's Store area.... In the last couple of years I've have gotten particularly comfortable shooting Visual Tours. I use the name brand tours - I believe my clients get more internet viewings WITH the tours than they would without. In order to shoot better pictures I use a better than average digital camera and lenses that are appropriate for the situation. Working with buyers is a blast! Some agent's complain about being a taxi service - I love being a tour guide! Driving clients around and showing homes - man am I working? Pinch me. I get paid for this?

Many of my clients, buyers and sellers, are out of state and most are really tech savy. In order to better help them I went for and received my e-PRO certification. The education I received has helped me work with clients online.
