Back many years ago-then again it wasn't that long ago-I was taught in Sunday School to Treat others with Respect and Do unto Others as you would have them do unto you.  Well that is how I live my life and it has worked out really well.  I am married to Karl Cope and we have a wonderful son-Christopher Gardner and 2 fabulous grandchildren-Dylan and Eric Gardner.  Real Estate has been a love of mine for many years but not until 12 years ago did I get my real estate license.  I also have experience in Interior Decorating, Office Administration and Graphic Design. 

I love selling residential real estate so much that I went back to school to get my GRI-Graduate, Realtor Institute designation, ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative and CMS-Certified Marketing Specialist.  I have consistantly listed and/or sold over $1,000,000 and am content with that.  I would much rather do a splendid job for my clients than to be a multi-million dollar producer.  Oh now don't get me wrong-I like the money but I would rather have someone have something good to say about me
