A Florida native, I was born in Daytona Beach. I attended Brevard College in Brevard North Carolina where I majored in Business and Music and played in a professional band. I returned to Florida in 1999 and partnered in my own resort business. As an entrepreneur and investor myself, I was drawn to the real estate industry and obtained my Real Estate license and then became a REALTOR.

People move to Seminole for the top rated schools, beatiful natural landscapes, family things to do (i.e. Natural Springs, Parks, and Recreation), low crime rates and short distance to the beach (45 minutes to New Smyrna). 

I am an active member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I specialize in home sales for residential clients in Seminole County, Fl but also do land and commerical sales. I reside in Sweetwater with my wife, Morgan, and daughter, Ireland. And Good News, I have a son on the way, Oliver!! 

I am passionate about helping familes and investors identify real property investments and assisting and educating them throughout the entire purchase process. One of the things that make me most passionate about my career is the wonderful feeling I get when helping a family purchase the home of their dreams.

I have completed quite a bit of post education since 2004.  The most exciting thing is that I have completed my G.R.I. designation.  The G.R.I. stands for "Graduate of the Realtor Institute".  It is an advanced designation for residential and investment Realtors. It is a very prestigous designation, and I'm very excited to be a part of it.

My areas of expertise are in vacant Land, investment properties (rental properties) and general residential real Estate.  I specialize in Seminole County, but have also sold properties in Orange, Lake, Volusia and Osceola Counties.

I love selling homes to families because of the emotional gratification it gives my customers.  The time we spend together and the hard work that we do creates long lasting friendships, and you can never have enough friends :)

I do enjoy working with Investors, but I prefer to work with serious investors.  The name of our Real Estate Team is On The Mark Investments and we bring enormous amounts of expertise in the world of investing.

Commericial is my goal. I have worked with developers and business owners on several properties and find the research aspect facinating. I also enjoy the political aspect of these deals. What I mean by that is I have had a lot of fun talking with local county and city officials, zoning boards, future land use divisons etc.
