Born in Long Island, New York, Kari moved to Florida in 1977 with her family as a teenager. For over 18 years I developed a career in estate planning in the securities industry serving as an Operations Manager and licensed Sales Associate. I met and married my husband, Doug, in 1995; a real estate developer and investor who grew up with a father as a custom builder. Early in their marriage they visited Tennessee and fell in love with it. Today they own, operate and develop businesses and properties throughout Southeast Tennessee and Southwest Florida.

Residents of the Venice/Englewood area for over 31 years, Kari and Doug have been happily married for 12 years. They have three beautiful children and an immediate family of 47; most are living in the Sun Coast of Florida and Kari loves to brag about them any chance she gets.

Kari has been buying, selling, and investing in Florida real estate and Tennessee real estate for over 15 years.  As an active real estate investor/developer, I have extensive experience and knowledge above and beyond that of most real estate professionals.  In today's hectic world, I know the importance of what it takes to make a real estate transaction as efficient and stress free as possible and a completed deal where all parties win is my ultimate reward.  Please feel free to contact me if I can be of assistance.
