EVERYONE calls me the "BRITISH TEXAN" REALTOR!

I was born just outside of London, England and moved to the United States at a young age of 5 years old. My father was an Air Force man so we traveled the USA and I have been through EVERY state. However, the two places I have spent most of my years is Texas and Oregon.

I AM: Dedicated, hard working, responsible, reliable, dependable, honest, professional, driven and do things with alot of integrity. I don't know a stranger, I talk to people in the check out line of the grocery store, office supply store, gas station, etc. I am not afraid to talk to people about my REAL ESTATE listings and or look for persons interested in buying.

UNITED STATES NAVY: I was in the UNITED STATES NAVY and served my country as a nurse, paramedic and then SEA & AIR Rescue. While in the service, I took (5) schools voluntarily to learn more. Knowledge is KEY! I was awarded by the REAR ADMIRAL of the NAVY when I lead 80 women for the first time in the history of the USN to top honors, academics and physical fitness.

BUSINESS WOMAN OF THE YEAR WINNER: I was nominated by my peers for a contest with 64 contestants as Miss Business Woman of the Year, I came in second overall, but was awarded "MISS CONGENIALITY" out of all of the contestants.

WHAT AMERICA MEANS TO ME: As a contestant for this function, I won NATIONALLY out of 675 contestants. My speech on America was posted in many newspapers and I was on the radio with interviews.

COLLEGE & EDUCATION:  Majoring in BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, Marketing and Advertising. Also have many years in the SALES industry and have brought companies from the RED into the BLACK, assisting them in not going out of business.

I have over 7 years total experience in the REAL ESTATE, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (Commercial and Residential), NEW HOME Sales, Commercials on Real Estate and homes for sale. 

ADVERTISING & WHY YOU SHOULD CHOOSE ME:  I have many avenues to offer you, over (10) INTERNET sites that advertise myself and our firm, Realtor.com member, (2) Local sites on Rockwall with my contact and hyperlinks to my WEBSITES, magazine advertising, a sign on the back of my CAR with my contact information, door-to-door work, business-to-business drop off's of information, bridal shows, trade shows, etc.

I also don't know a stranger, I talk to just about everybody I am in line with whether it's in the grocery store, office supply store, restaurant, etc.

BUYERS: I believe in working to find out first what YOU are REALLY looking for in a home. Style, size, layout, needs, wants,etc. I work hard at LISTENING to what you have to say, HEARING what you want and then working to find the RIGHT home for YOU, that you want, not what I think you should take.

SELLERS: One of the biggest comments I have heard from past Clients in all business is that they feel they are not kept abreast of what is going on. I send you emails almost daily, progress reports, host open houses, go door-to-door with flyers, pass out business cards, have a sign on the back of my CAR with my contact information, host trade shows and bridal expo's and keep you abreast via the telephone as well.

When we first talked with Kat over the telephone, we felt an instant connection. She was friendly, warm, understanding, honest and very professional.
