I have lived in Amador County for over 30 years!  I have raised my children in this community, and I hope that my Grandchildren will be raised here.  I started working for Prudential California Realty as the bookkeeper, and decided quickly that I wanted to study for my license.  It was my intent to work as a "part-time" Realtor until both of my children graduated from High School, it quickly became apparent that "part-time" was not going to work.  I have been with Prudential for almost 9 years, and I would never consider another company.  Prudential California Realty is a solid company, and prides itself on continuing education for all of its Real Estate Professionals.  The biggest compliment is a returning client or a client that refers a friend or relative to me.....that means that I did my job right!  With me, 90% of my business is from returning clients, or on referral.  It is my goal as a Realtor to make the process of buying or selling a home as painless as possible.

I work with a wide-range of clients, from first-time home buyers, to savy investors.  I have experience with not only Residential properties, but with Commercial and Multi-Family units.  I also work with several banks doing REO properties, Short Sales, Foreclosures, deed in lieu and other pre-foreclosures and default options. I love working with both the first-time buyer and a Seller, each has its own rewards.  I also have experience with staging homes for sale.

More than 5 years ago we met Karen on the recommendation of a friend.  My husband Troy and I were first time home buyers, and we had no clue what to look for in a home.  After meeting with Karen, it became very clear that she new what she was talking about.  She was very patient and not at all pushy.  After about 2 weeks, of looking we found the perfect home.  The escrow went very smooth.  When our family was to large for our home, we knew just who to call to sell it for us.  She sold the home quickly and we purchased another home from her.  When the time comes to move again, we know just who we are going to call!
