Hello and thank you for reading my Profile and getting to know me better! It is my goal, as your full service Real Estate Agent, specializing in the North Alabama (especially Huntsville, Madison, Madison County, Morgan County and Limestone County) areas, to provide you with superior service at all times. First, let me introduce myself for you "new" clients!  I have lived in this area for over 34 years so I KNOW the North Alabama area well.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!  I consider this community an excellent place to reside and would love to share with you my enthusiasm for the many neighborhoods that encompass it. 

Before making real estate my career,  I spent many years in Sales and Management.  In those roles, I learned many things:  how to work in the best interest of my customer/client; how to LISTEN completely; how to negotiate; how to "target" your needs; AND I learned the true value of building relationships and becoming a true PARTNER in your real estate endeavors!

On a personal note, I am very active in the Land Trust and animal rescue.  My husband and I enjoy hiking (with our dogs), canoeing (with our dogs), visiting with friends, and watching good movies.  I have been involved heavily in animal rescue for almost 10 years now, and I have brought the same level of compassion, commitment and caring that is second nature as an animal rescuer.  Because of my passionate nature, I truly care about "doing the right thing" for my clients. 

I LOVE home buyers!  I also thoroughly enjoy working with new home buyers and walking them through the WHOLE process - from financing to closing.  I am extremely knowledgeable in working with out of town clients, and a major portion of my buyer business is made up of those out of town clients.  Once we begin working together, I will load a profile of the home for which you are looking (i.e., price, size, location, etc down to any minor details you want).  Then, within 24 hours AFTER a home is listed that fits your profile, you will receive an email from me.  When you find ones you are ready to go view, just call me!  How much easier can that get!!

I LOVE listings!  I know most areas in Huntsville, Madison and Madison County very well - regarding house values, etc.  I will prepare a market analysis so we can decide, thogether, what your home should list for and how long it will take to sell.  Not only do I put a sign in your yard, but you will go on my website which is uploaded to 7 national sites, your home will have a virtual tour uploaded onto 5-7 national sites (inlcluding Realtor.com), your home is listed on the MLS for North Alabama which is seen by all agents, your home is listed on Valley MLS, and I will include it in the MLS Caravan as well as hold open houses.  Magazine ads and newspaper ads are also common for my listings.
