I have lived in the Flathead Valley for 13 years and been selling real estate for over 10 of those years. I am a Broker, CRS, GRI, and a listing specialist. As a broker I travel out of state to training conferences to learn how to do my business better and serve my clients in unique ways. Most agents average 10-12 closed sales a year, I a average 20+ per year.

    New construction has been a lot of my experience but I have sold and listed many high end homes throughout the Flathead Valley. Since I have had horses for years, horse properties is a specialty that I am very knowledge about.

Cary Jo and her family relocated from the Seattle area over 13 years ago. Having worked with her spec builder husband, it was a natural fit for Cary to start listing and selling homes.
