| David F | My experience with Nathan and his team was a true blessing. I found my self in the middle of a divorce and needed to sell my home quickly. The problem, I still owed 100% of the value of the home and most of the homes in my community were listed well below the $240,400 that I owed the bank. Nathan told us that he had a lot of experience helping couples in our situation and could help us out. Nathan immediately began working with the bank from day one and ensured I got all the needed documentation to the bank. Throughout the whole process, Nathan kept in touch and kept me up to date on everything involving the pricing and the listing. After having our house listed just 2 months, my wife moved out and I was left with the mortgage payment on my own, which I could not make on my own. Nathan's team kicked it into overdrive and got aggressive with the price of the home. Within 30 days I had an offer from a potential buyer. The problem, it was for $170,000. Nathan negotiated with the bank and buyers and the bank agreed to accept $175,000. At closing, I did not need to bring any cash, which was good because I had none. My largest concern throughout this whole divorce was avoiding bankruptcy, foreclosure and ruining my credit. Because Nathan was able to find me a buyer in time and work with the bank to accept a considerably lower price, I was able to avoid foreclosure and walked away with only 1 late payment on my credit. The bank agreed to wipe out the debt on the remaining $65,000. Like I said this whole experience was a true blessing. Thank you, David |

We were paying two mortgages and were being forced into foreclosure on our home when we went searching for another option. we didn't know where to turn. After we found Nathan he educated us on exactly what we needed to do to try and avoid foreclosure by considering a short sale instead. We had no idea what that was at the time.
