About Us:

I am very dedicated to helping my clients. I am in the business of making lifetime clients by working hard and providing up to date information on our local market. I am formerly an Exceptional Children's teacher and I know the stresses of balancing everything while trying to buy or sell a home. That is why we provide quality service and make your buying or selling experience a positive, stress free one!

My company is very community service oriented. I am the president elect for our new local Civitan group. I am also a board member for the Yadkin Valley Big Brothers and Big Sisters program. I fully believe that giving to others is the way to go. No matter what I do, I do it to the fullest of my abilities.

Areas of Expertise

I specialize in listing and selling single family dwellings specifically; historical homes, rural farms, land and beyond. I have the most experience with listing and selling farms in the area. I show farms in Davie, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes and Yadkin counties. Because I show so many farms and have a great understanding of what buyers want, it makes listing these type of properties easier. I go in to a listing with a list of farm relevant questions. These are the type of things I know a buyer would want to know at a showing. Things that are not typically included in the general listing information. I then provide the seller with a full 8 + page showing packet to leave out for all showings. It provides in depth information to a potential buyer while they are touring the home. It is so important to have this information readily available the first time a possible buyer views the farm. That way they are not waiting on answers to questions before making an offer.

There are 2 things I do when I enter a home for a listing presentation. The first is to have the seller give me a tour. As they mention key features I make notes. The things a seller points throughout the home is typically the things they found most appealing when they were first shown the home. It is important for an agent to know what those things are so those things are given attention during a showing. The home owner is the expert on his or her home and an agent should always be eager to build on the knowledge of the home owner. The second thing I talk to the seller about is advertising. I always ask what is one thing you want to see in all ads and what is one thing you do not wish to see. This tactic makes it easier for me to create ads that satisfy the sellers. I use their input to create my advertising paragraph for the property.

The 2 things that I typically do with a new buyer client is to give them a new home buyer packet that provides up to date information on all the ends and outs of buying a home in our area and to have them list all the things they want and need in a property. Both help me to educate my buyers and provide clarity on the goals of working together.

My company makes lifetime clients. We work very hard to earn client referrals!

Testimonials

Hi,
We had a good time just enjoying the house and trying to convince
ourselves that it really was "ours" forever and ever. Or however long
forever might be.
The clock is beautiful.  We haven't decided exactly where it will be
placed but rest assured we will always remember you and your help in
finding this home for us each time we see it.  Never has anyone else given
as much effort as you have.  We both hope you will always do well in your
business and if you treat others as you have us, you will.  One thing for
sure, when the opportunity comes to share our experience house-hunting,
your name will be spoken often and loud.
We enjoyed the lunch with you and, again, thank you for that.

Hey!  yea we are okay, thank you so much for your concern.  How are you?  David has started a new job and it is very demanding, mentally and physically. And on top of that a very good friend of ours recently died he was only 41 and had two young children.  He had  cancer they thought they could try a new drug on him but he just couldn't make it.  If it were not for the hope of the resurrection I don't think that we could deal with the death of  a loved one.  But I know that John 5:28,29 says that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous, so we just have to be patient until they come back.

We want to thank you so much for all that you have done for us, you are a realtor that is far above the average.  You have a great personality, and you are very concerned about people, not just to sell them something but you are genuinely concerned about them, and that is rare.

We have a friend here that is going through some financial difficulties and asked if we would be interested in buying 2 acres that he had out on Traphill road.  We bought it with the hopes of building a house, if it ever works out.

We are interested in the future of buying some property that we might could remodel and sell.  Since we have built and remodeled for most of our life it only makes sence.

Keep in touch and again thanks for all your help.  Have a great day and be assured that we will recommend you to anyone that we come across.

David & Sangie
