It is difficult to attempt the sale of a condo in California, especially when one lives in Wichita Kansas. I am so pleased with the efforts the Global Trust Team took to make this sale easy for me. Your weekly updates made me feel as if I was a close part of the process and each time I asked if you could do something to help, it was done. Details such as arranging for the unit to be cleaned before showing, consulting with the estate sale agent to leave the optimum amount of furnishings so the place would show well, and even watering the plants were beyond the description of what an agent is expected to do.
