The foothills of the Sierra Nevada are an incredible place to live and I've been lucky enough to call this my home since 1986. Where else can you change your environment within 3 hours (without getting on an airplane!) and be at the beach, on a mountain peak, in a desert valley or in one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world...amazing for a girl who grew up in the Midwest.

I moved here from Colorado with a real estate background, then obtained my real estate license here. After working as a Realtor for 5 years, I had an opportunity to move into the mortgage side of the business and have been with the same company since 1993. I love this business, whether it's helping a young person or family buy their first home, arranging financing for construction of someone's dream home or just finding the right mortgage for any situation. My goal is my customer's satisfaction and a long term relationship of trust and future referrals.

All of my business comes from the referrals of real estate professionals, past clients, friends and family. I do little or no advertising and concentrate all my efforts on communication and making sure I've placed my clients with the right program to fit their needs for today and into the future.

We do all types of financing at CP Financial because our community is small with a wide variety of housing types as well as commercial ventures. We have a number of First Time Homebuyer programs. some that work with Down Payment Assistance bonds from the various cities and unincorporated areas. There are many state employees in our area and so we do PERS loans in addition to government loans such as FHA and VA. 

Most of our pre-approvals are done through an automated system which allows us to analyze your financial situation and get you an answer very quickly.
