The biggest obstacle I faced as a first-time home buyer was choosing a real estate agent. "I want to thank the Buyer's Agent for all the great work that was done on our behalf. There was no comparison between the Buyer's Agent and our previous experience with a seller's realtor. After showing us several houses, our seller's realtor pressured us to start making offers. We ended up finding our house on our own, during a period where she wasn't returning our phone calls.
