About Us:

 I am very excited to start my 11th year as a Realtor. Prior to selling residential real estate, I sold financial investments, & insurance.  My accomplishments in financial planning include Series 6,7,24,63 plus a Group I insurance license and a property casuality insurance licenses .  I graduated from Texas Tech University with a major in Financial Planning. I grew up in Plano, TX and graduated from Plano Senior High, West. 

 I began my real estate career at Century 21 Worldwide in Southlake, TX in 1997. I earned Top Producer status each year, including Rookie of The Year my first year.  With a growing business, I moved across the street to Re/max Masters in 2003.  Currently I hold the ABR, e-Pro designations, and working on more. I love to give personal attention to my clients by responding promptly to their needs. Born and lived in India for ten years, allowed me to be fluent in Punjabi and Hindi languages.

Home Selling Tips.

Tips on getting your home ready for the Online Marketplace.

Most homes benefit from being merchandised (prepared) before being put on the market.  Majority of the home buyers today start their search online.  Property photos are extremely valuable for online inspection.  Make sure each room is as bright, open and neat as possible in each photograph so that your property is shown in the most advantageous light.

Enhance your home's exterior and curb appeal:

-Keep lawn edged, cut and watered; trim hedges, weed lawns and flowerbeds. Check foundation, steps, walkways, walls and patios for cracks and crumbling.  Inspect doors & windows for peeling paint.  During spring & summer months consider adding a few showy annuals.

Enhance your home's interior by:

-Giving every room in the house a thorough cleaning, as well as removing all clutter. Repainting walls with neutral shade of paint, such as off-white or beige.  Reparing cracks, holes or damage to plaster, wallboard, wallpaper, paint and tiles.  Replacing broken or cracked windowpanes, moldings and other woodwork.  Sprucing up kitchen in need of more major remodeling by investing in new cabinet knobs, new curtains, or a neutral coat of paint.
