Jody freely admits to having a one-track mind. Fortunately for her clients, it's a passion for saving them time and money. Licensed in Ohio and Michigan, Jody works hard taking care of every detail (there's hundreds) and getting the best possible price and terms for her clients, 7 days a week.

Her strategies for buyers and sellers have earned her respect and referral business. She prides herself on excellent communication skills, compassion and commitment to client satisfaction.

Jody serves her community by volunteering for the Habitat for Humanity and organizing a block watch program in local neighborhoods. You may have seen her real estate column in the Toledo Free Press called Real Estate Cafe'.  Her database of more than a thousand contacts is one of her greatest resources.  She also owns and manages her own investment property.

Television news originally brought Jody to Toledo in 2000. After leaving TV, however, she decided to stay. A career in real estate soon followed. It was a given since her grandfather and extended family have been involved in real estate since World War II. In addition to real estate, Jody is an accomplished voice talent who's been heard across the country on television, radio, corporate video productions and on-hold messages.

Jody grew up on farm near Fort Wayne, Indiana, completed the New York City marathon in 2003 and holds a Bachelor's degree in journalism from Indiana University.  

She lives in West Toledo with her cat, Ted.  Together, they enjoy watching CNN, American Idol and Seinfeld reruns with no interruptions.

I especially enjoy working with first-time, "move-up" buyers, perhaps because that is the category I would put myself in.  Areas I specialize in are Sylvania, Monclova, Perrysburg and Toledo, with special emphasis on Ottawa Hills and neighborhoods in West Toledo.  I'm also experienced in REO properties, short sales and foreclosures representing both buyers and sellers.

I am licensed in both Ohio and Michigan and E-pro certified. I'm also a proud member of the Toledo Home Builders Association and am working on my CRS designation.
