About Joe:

• 3rd generation Vermonter
• Living in South Burlington and have since 1957
• I have travelled most of VT with my various cameras as photography is my passion
• Married with a son
• I have a male Golden Retriever who is my shadow.  What can ya say?!

Placing families in their new homes brings me a wealth of good feelings.  The many great local real estate agents in my area are a large part of what and how I do business.  I specialize in a variety of home loan programs including FHA, VA and Vermont's VHFA home buyer program.

I currently serve on the Board of Governors of the VT Mortgage Bankers Association.  Additionally, I am a current member of the VMBA's Education Committee.

I am on the Board of Directors of two home owners' associations within my neighborhood.  I am the President of one of those associations.
