Summit Realty Group, Inc. is a C-Corporation founded by John Frederick Manno and Cynthia Ann Manno. This real estate brokerage was founded in 2007, and has been funded entirely by its founders with no outside investments received to date. The advent of e-commerce and the growth of the internet has had a profound impact on the real estate industry. The result, to our company, is that we are able to supply services directly to our agent's home office. We have developed a commission schedule that puts 100% commissions to rest, and brings back an honest approach in working with our real estate agents and paying them fairly with no hidden costs. This sensible relationship with our agents helps them stay at the highest level of professional standards and knowledge in the real estate industry. By remaining competitive in the market we are able to charge a fair commission, and get a better return for our clients.

 

Our corporation and our affiliates are very capable in the automation of businesses and knowing the needs of our real estate agents. This and a strong web presence on the internet has given us the opportunity to develop a site dedicated to the needs of the real estate industry and the consumer. This process includes the real estate agents, clients, suppliers, and educational services. We will be able to keep our agents up to date and technologically savvy through a website by providing online training through podcasts, up to date file management, availability of forms by state, access to state websites, and the use of our affiliates to help them increase their business and market presence.

 

We view our virtual office as the future of real estate, and with the cooperation of the following affiliated organizations we will revolutionize the real estate industry.

Our product is a system that allows agents to be more effective and efficient in obtaining and closing Real Estate sales.  The Internet already provides the agents' access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which allows them to post their listings and report their sales. We are in the process of providing our agents with live online help, and the agents will be able to download all the necessary forms associated with their transaction, and their licensing functions.

 

It is essential to understand that the system that is being taught to our agents was developed over 12 years of trial and error in working in the real estate industry. I have refined the errors of my ways into a very successful career. I am giving agents a system that will make their real estate career very successful. The system Summit Realty Group has developed is one that brings buyers and sellers to our virtual system so we can provide the service of buying or selling real estate.

 

The platform provides the agent with training and web generated leads. Future clients browsing the internet looking for homes are able to come to our website because our name is placed high on the internet search engines. The system captures their search and forwards to an agent in their area, or in the area of expertise that they require, i.e. single family residence, commercial, land, or income properties. The agent is trained to develop these leads into clients and sales.

 

Our agents are provided with all of the necessary resources to ensure their success. Summit Realty Group will provide the agent with a leads, for sale signs, business cards, and presentation materials. The training and support is ongoing, and always adaptive to new and changing markets and market trends.

Summit Realty Group, Inc. is a culmination of innovation derived over twelve years of real estate experience. With no help from our traditional brokerages, we learned how to use creativity and innovation to get to the top of our industry in a very short period of time.

 

Our company is changing the way real estate sales techniques are applied in the market. The traditional real estate office supplies an office and basic office supplies and equipment. They also follow state licensing laws and provide a place of business open for inspection during normal business hours. The office and all pertinent documents for running the business will be open for inspection. A designated broker will also be available to answer any questions concerning the company. There is no limit on the number of agents our company can hire under our broker's license.

 

Our platform is to take the traditional Real Estate transaction into virtual world.   Each agent will work out of their home and use their own office supplies such as fax machines, computers, printers, internet connection, and phones to service their clients' needs thus eliminating the overhead of a traditional office. The agent gets to advertise in a manner allowed by the law and receive the proceeds of their investment.  The agent will receive a 90% split and the brokerage will receive a 10%, and the agent is not responsible for any other transaction costs.   Traditional brokerage firms that work on 100% commission structures do not disclose the other associated costs resulting in a net commission of 68% once those costs are assessed.

 

Summit Realty Group's primary initiative is to create strong, effective, and satisfied real estate agents. We recognize that there is a lot of dissatisfaction in the market by those who do most of the work. We know that the agent represent our company, so we want to support that agent in the field with a strong office support function and virtual platform. When the agent is supported by our virtual platform and feels confident enough to do their job, then they will represent Summit Realty Group with a positive attitude and higher customer satisfaction.

The mission of Summit realty Group, Inc. is to change the way we do business in real estate by reducing the expense of a traditional office by the use of the internet and a virtual office. We are going to replace the traditional brokerages by the use of a virtual office because we are able to give more money back to our agents thus increasing their profits. This will give the agent a selective advantage in the marketplace because they will be able to underbid our competition by having the flexibility to work with their commission, ultimately saving the consumer money.
