I would like to share my experience using A.M. Real Estate and JJ Canull in the sale of our home in the Meridian/Kessler neighborhood.  At the time we were to put our house on the market we were very concerned.  The first reason was the all the news and talk about the taxes doubling, and secondly that our home was a unique property and there were a lot of homes on the market place.  This coupled with the price of the home was over 400k+ surrounded by 200k-300k homes.

Real Estate, but he also was very creative; he took a personal interest in the home.  First, he walked through the home and told us specifically what needed to be changed or repaired to help the sale.  Then he personally staged the home with plants, paintings and other items.  He also had several open houses; at one he had his fiancé blowing soap bubbles in the front yard entertaining the kids that came with their parents.  In other words-he went the extra mile.

I can honestly say that JJ did a great job for us.  He sold our home in less then 60 days and close to our asking price in a tight real estate market.  I would recommend JJ Canull and A.M. Real Estate Resources to my friends and family.
