I have been an award winner in our Williamsburg Area Association of Realtors every year for 9 years. I believe the secret to my success is really no secret at all. It is basic and professional customer service. Treat people honestly,ethically and consistently and you will be successful. I've earned a reputation as a very good negotiator for my buyer clients-and always advocate on their behalf. I do not waiver on allowing Dual Agency and will openly debate the benefits with anyone. As a sellers agent I remain at the forefront of technology and work diligently to help them price,market and sell their home-collaboratively.

I've earned the respect of my peers in and around Williamsburg not only with Real Estate dealings but by being involved with our local association and outside of the Real Estate community whenever I can support any organization that reaches out to help people less fortunate. I am President elect of for the coming year of our local Williamsburg MLS, a Virginia Code of Ethics instructor and mentor to many agents. I also am a professional photographer and do virtual tours,photography and marketing brochures for my competing agents in the area. No one other than a consumate professional could pull all that off-I promise!

I choose to work seven days a week and am available for my clients almost whenever and wherever they want. I am hoping to create a little more "me" time (including my family of course" and less "them" time, but I'm not quite there yet.
