I am a former Realtor and have been in the business since 1992, doing home mortgages since 1997.  I concentrate on providing not only mortgages, but good advice and assistance.  I am proud of the fact that Realtors and past clients have been so pleased with me that over 95% of my business is from referrals.

I tend to specialize in first time buyers but have much experience with move-up buyers, investors, second homes and equity loans.  I was previously a Realtor and have also been licensed in the State of Ohio to teach Real Estate Continuing Education on Mortgage Financing.
