Since childhood, I have been interested in all aspects of the real estate industry, especially residential real estate. Regardless of the kind of property, whether it's new construction or one in need of repair I always try to envision its future and assess its strengths and weaknesses. Renovation and restoration have been two areas I find especially appealing because they blend together our history, the present and the future. A passion for renovation and my personal experience enables me to effectively evaluate property and convey thoughtful advice.

Technology has also always appealed to me. In fact, I have a decade of professional experience in the IT industry. The use of technology in the real estate industry can immensely help buyer and sellers. In today's market, a real estate professional must have an understanding of technology!

I have been a resident of Atlanta since September 1993 when I moved here to attend graduate school at Georgia Tech. Since then I have been amazed with the resurgence of Atlanta's intown neighborhoods, as well as the continued growth of the many suburban areas in the metropolitan area.
