As a agent who has been in the business for almost 2yrs. I'm constantly building and learning my profession as a Realtor!

I've live in the area for about 14 yrs from high school through college! I have my Bachelor's Degee as well as a Associates along with that I speak Spanish as  a second language! These are some things I look to help me along in my business! My goal and ambition has been to be a entrepreneur! What's setting me apart from other Realtors is constantly staying in touch with my clients and giving updates of what is changing in today's market. They see that I pay attention to what's happening and they pay attention to the things that I suggest we should adjust to. Whether it's Price, Marketing, or some special financing to help buyers out to take a look or bring about a offer!

I like working with first time homebuyers as well as first time home sellers.  The area I service is the Ypsilanti/ Ann Arbor Area! I like to work with investers as well. Anyone with a Real Estate need  I be more than happy to help! So look for me for anything at all!

This area is pretty stable but there are some great opportunities for buyers in this market. My job as Realtor is to point those opportunities out to them so they can make the best choice for their investment!

The same with sellers! We spend looking at the area and study the market trends. When selling their home I like give them top dollar for the market is doing at that time. There's no such thing as a bad market, we have to adjust to what the market is doing. I make sure the sellers are well aware and educated of what's going on in today's market!
