Hello.  My name is Jeff Sebastian and I work with one of America's Leading New Home Builders, Ryland Homes.  I work in our Westland Farm Community, which is a new community in Mt. Holly.  I am from a small little town in the mountains of North Carolina called North Wilkesboro.  I have worked in Real Estate now for almost 15 years and have pretty much always known that this is the best area in the country to live and call home.

I came to realize early on that working with people was what I loved.  I think the first thing I remember selling was Homemade Lye Soap that my grandmother made at the Brushy Mountain Apple Festival in Wilkesboro when I was around 6 or 7 years old.  I loved meeting people and talking with them and listening to their stories.  My grandmother always said if I could do something where I could "talk", that I would be just fine.  Well, I'm not seven anymore but I still love to meet and help people find a way to get the New Home they have always dreamed about.
