What sets you apart from other agents/loan officer I grew up in Cullman, AL, I graduated from Cullman High School in 1996 and my husband in 1994. We both went to the University of Alabama, where I majored in Marketing and was a member of the Alpha Gamma Delta sorrority. We have three sons that make our life a great adventure. I LOVE Real Estate and working with PEOPLE. My goal for every customer is to find them a home that suits for them in every possible way. There is a perfect home for every buyer, I get to search until we find the right one. My husband has been a health care executive for over 8 years. During this time, we were able to live in Philadelphia, PA, Lebanon, IL, Memphis, TN, Boca Raton, FL, Hershey, PA, Savanah, GA, and St. Louis, MO. I have a vast knowledge of home sales and renovations, in Alabama as well as in in different markets across the country, that has helped me better serve my customers. I am always looking for a customer, I will always work harder than expected for each customer that I have the opportunity to work with. I have worked with new construction homes, historical homes (the renovation and restoration of them) in St. Louis, I worked for a while in Commercial New Construction in Memphis, I have worked with foreclosures, first time home buyers, family homes inside the city limits as well as family homes in more private, rural areas in Cullman County as well as adjoining counties (Blount Co. and Winston Co.), farm land purchases, and referrals to help my customers find an agent to help make their transition a bit easier. I welcome all experiences, I truly enjoy working with new customers and of course I love my repeat customers. I also list homes as well, our company is very active in advertising our properties. I like to have a few open houses in a region on a nice day, that can bring a great deal of intrest to the showcase home that was the intended focus of the day. I have also worked with people moving to this area for the first time, I would be a great help in a situation such as this because I have moved multiple times by myself and with children, I am knowledgable about many different regions in America, and I lived in Cullman for about 20 years spending the school year inside the city limits and each summer on Smith Lake. I am proud to be a product of our incredible school system, I have seen many top tier schools in this country, and I brought my son back home and enrolled him in East Elementary School. Cullman County is very fortunate to have such amazing school systems all around, and I must say that we have the most caring, compassionate, intelligent teachers and staff all throughout Cullman County.
