I am a Property Manager!  

I will not work with you as a selller's agent, nor will I work with you as a buyer's agent.  I will work with you to manage properties for you or your clients.

I have a comprehensive understanding of the laws, rules and regulations that govern the property management industry in Hawaii. I know Property Management inside out.  I am an active member of NARPM, the National Association of Rental Property Managers.   I am an active member of the National Association of Realtors, NAR, the Hawaii Association of Realtors, HAR, and the Honolulu Board of Realtors, HBR.   I follow the codes of ethics for these prestigeous organizations.   

I am well qualified to help you bring in an investor sale by meeting with you and your clients at the property they are considering. I can provide probable and accurate rents that your client might expect to earn from a given property. I will provide recommendations to your client concerning any work that might need to be done to a property to make it renter friendly.

I can help you bring in a sale to your investor clients, and I won't steal or refer your clients to anyone. In fact, should your client ever tell me as their Property Manager that they are buying another property, or selling the property I manage, or selling any other property they might own, you will get an immediate phone call from me letting you know what YOUR client is thinking!
