When it comes to the investment end of real estate, Jenny specializes in finding the possibilities before they hit the market. Staying on top of foreclosures and short sale possibilities, along with investing in all sites that allow us to know what is owed to the bank on each home that is about to come up on the courthouse steps. Of course, there are always ways to find investments that are not foreclosures. Word of mouth and being involved in the different investment areas and with other investment agents, brings a lot of opportunity to the table as well. Areas of expertise include: duplexes, triplexes, multiplexes, small & large apartment buildings, buy and hold/rent, and the good ol' buy and flip (not always a great idea in a slower market).
