I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases of Lafayette homes, West Lafayette homes,and the surrounding counties including cities like Attica, Delphi, Brookston, Fowler, Camden, Rossville, Otterbein and all the surrounding counties. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.

Graduated from Jefferson H.S. 1985
1989 GRADUATE B.S. Degree in Biology at Valparaiso University
I am married , my husband is a teacher at McCutcheon H.S. and Head Football coach. I am mother of 3 children : Ryan, 17;Kaitlyn,15;Kiera,12
I started working in sales in 1990 and started my own business in clothing and later kitchen tools.
I have been a Realtor in Lafayette since April of 1999. I love what I do and truly feel blessed to be in an industry that allows me to help others achieve their goals and dreams. 2005 brought me over 5 million in total sales transactions. This pace keeps me hopping , but is not so much that I don't have time to truly devote to each and every client I work with! In May of 2005 I received the 100% Club award from RE/MAX international. I received recognition in December for being in the top 25 RE/MAX agents for the entire state of Indiana ranking #20. Every year I have been in Real Estate has been a blessing and each year my business grows. 2006 has topped 2005 achieving over 6 million in real estate transactions. I am really excited that I have been able to grow this business every year. This tells me I am doing what my clients hire me to do: help them achieve their goals!
November 2006 a new chapter in my real estate career began when I became core member and part owner of the first and only Keller Williams Market Center in Lafayette! Keller Williams is the fastest growing real estate company in North America growing 4 yrs from 11,000 agents to over 80,000 at the end of 2006. We are growing for a reason: Keller Williams is like not other real estate company in the world! I am so proud to be a part of this company and the values it stands for. In December 2006 I earned my brokers license! I love to learn and I am always educating myself on the latest in real estate technology and most importantly constantly updating myself on the latest real estate buying and selling trends. We found ourselves without a house after having unexpectedly sold ours. So, it was time to begin what turned into a major house hunt.
We had worked with a handful of realtors in the past and felt in our hearts that we were ready for a change. Cory recommended Jennifer saying he had heard "good things" about her. I was ready for the adventure.
Jennifer asked us our "goals" in the pursuit of a new home. We expressed a specific neighborhood, price range, and basement requirements. She worked tirelessly for 9 months to assist us in achieving not 1 but all 3 of our goals. She did not allow us to compromise our goals, always assuring us "the house" would surface. In fact, we spent so much time with Jennifer that our 2 year old began to think that anytime we piled into the car we were going to see "Jennifer".
Jennifer met us anywhere and most anytime - including one late night showing in her pajamas! She responded to all emails and phone calls immediately. She worked with our schedule in answering questions, setting up "strategy" meetings, and filling out paperwork.
