As I said in the last section, I really do love this work and doing the research is only half the fun for me. So with that in mind finding those outstanding deals out there is my specialty..This is great for anyone. Yet, I try to be just as good in all areas of real estate so whatever you niche I am sure we can have a meeting of the minds at any scale.

 I have Clients in many fields -but just a footnote-I am located near Ford Motor Company as well as a few other graveyard shift businesses. Therefore I keep many hours available to cater to all of my clients. I understand that it's difficult for us that work so many hours to find an agent willing to work around them. 

 I don't see those I have worked with as just clients, I have made many friends and look forward to making more. When you're looking for a home and come across a home you would like some information on or would like to see ASAP. You are welcome to call my cell day or night. I can pull up the information for you while you're on the phone and/or schedule it at your first available time. I don't like to keep my clients waiting.. ( I know how that can be) So my Availability is always there for you.

This also means that when I have your home listed I show the same decency to the prospective buyers and will be sure to get them in the door every time it is possible for them.
