My For Sale By Owner Clients:
Many property owners are taking on the duties that a listing agent normally would do. Economic conditions and a wavering confidence in Industry Professionals have resulted in many homeowners braving their way through a For Sale By Owner situation. Some Agents just hound the dickens out of these seller's and quite frankly, these sellers have heard it all before and are sick and tired of being bothered! My approach is different and that is why I have numerous agreements with area For Sale By Owners (FSBO's) that if I bring a buyer, I have earned an agreed upon commission for doing so. I HELP THEM along the way by keeping them informed of the market trends and recommended pricing strategies and if they find a buyer themselves they do not owe me anything!
My Home Retention Clients
As a Certified Home Retention Consultant, I help homeowners through mediation between them and their lender. My duty is to try to keep the homeowner in their home if at all possible and/or help them pursue alternatives to foreclosure. I am not a debt collector and do not work for a debt collection company. My services are provided at no cost to the homeowner.
