After 22 years of a great career and great life in the US Air Force, I'm now working full-time in real estate. This is my true calling in life--helping people realize their dreams! I believe owning a home is a fantastically rewarding way to enhance your personal and family lifestyle and financial security. Many of the skills I learned in my military career are right in line with whta's needed to take care of business and take care of people in real estate transactions--strong initiative, personal commitment, constant dedication to getting the job done right. I'm always on a special mission when I'm working wityh a home buyer or a home seller. Their welfare is my most paramount concern. I soared to a level of success in the Air Force that only one percent of all enlisted people achieve. I did that through extraordinary initiative, laser focus, and constant learning from training and being mentored by the best of leaders. I'm engaged in real estate in the same way--networking with successful real estate and civic professionals, strong marketing activities, and continuous training opportunities. I always look for new and better ways to better myself, my business, and outreach to people who need a good Realtor on their side!

Areas of Expertise

One of my favorite parts of being a Realtor is the opportunitoes to meet new people and see new places. The Fayetteville area is a very diverse community, with a broad range of homes in several hundred neighborhoods. Although I focvus my direct marketing efforts on specific naighbrohoods, I have a good grasp on the overall housing scene in Cumberland, Hoke, and Harnett Counties, which are all blended into the greater Fayetteville Area. Working with military families is also very rewarding becasue I've been where the yare and they will always be part of my special extended family. There is no area I won't work if someone needs my help. If I need to do some research to best serve a client in a particular area of town, then I do what;s necessary to best take care of that peson or that family, whenever, wherever. My military mindset will always say "do what it takes to successfully complete the mission!"
