Jeff Craig has six years Real Estate experience in the Triad area of North Carolina.  Five of those years he has specilized in new construction sales.  He has a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers license and has a CSP ( Certified New Home Sales Professional ) designation from NAHB.  He has recieved numerous sales awards from various Piedmont Triad builders and the National Association of Home Builders.  Jeff is a member of the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association. Jeff, his wife and children live in Greensboro.

Piedmont Personal Builders President Regis Skeehan has over 30 years experience in homebuilding. He has served in both staff and line capacities in major national homebuilding companies. And he has experience with local custom and semi-custom homebuilders as well. He has been involved in building over 3,000 homes, over 300 of which were built on scattered sites on the customer's property. He holds BA and MBA degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.  Regis and his wife live in Greensboro.

Piedmont Personal Builders Construction Vice President Tom Bernard has 17 years experience in home construction and remodeling. In addition to experience in the supervision and management of home construction, he has also worked in the trades as a framer. His homebuilding experience includes working with custom building, as well as with major national homebuilding companies. He managed a construction department building over 100 homes annually on scattered home sites in both rural and suburban areas. He holds a BA from the University of Cincinnati. Tom and his family live in Oak Ridge.

Building quality custom homes ranging in size from 2000 square feet to over 4000 square feet, priced from the low $200,000s to the $700,000s.  We have eleven plans available and will build and modify any plans our clients may have.  Piedmont Personal Builders is a custom builder with a difference. We specialize in building homes on the customer's own land, instead of in a community owned or controlled by the builder. We offer complimentary appointments with a decorator for color, lighting, plumbing fixtures, flooring and exterior selections.  We do not limit your time with our intereior decorator.
