My name is Marquis Mullins. As a first time home buyer I was extremely nervous and had many doubts about real estate. I'm a very cautious person and the fact that I had to do most of the research from outside of the North Carolina area almost made purchasing and home seem impossible. This all changed thanks to my realtor Ms. Jennifer Castillo. She is the only person that I've met that seemed more concerned with my interest than myself. After a few phone conversations with Jennifer I knew I was in good hands. After meeting with her in person it took exactly 3 days for me to find an affordable dream home. I can honestly say that I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She thinks at Nascar speed and executes business with a precision I doubt could be matched. Thank you Jennifer for making me a 24 year home owner like you said you would. l'm Iooking forward to working with you on buying another home and you'll definitely hear from me when it comes time to sell.
Jennifer, Thank you so much for all you did to successfully sell our rental property. We shouldn't have worried about being states away, because you worked hard and made the sale hassle free-for us anyway!! Jennifer you handled the multiple maintenance issues that came up with the highest degree of professionalism and you were so sweet and always helpful. We appreciate all of your hard work and could not have done it without you.
Sincerely,
Chris & LorenSpring Hill, Tennessee
"When my wife and I decided to buy a house in Fayetteville, it was the first time we had ever taken that step. We were nervous because we had absolutely no experience, and it was a large step to take.Jennifer started helping me before we arrived in the country. While we were still in England, Jennifer called with my wife to find out what our needs were. She took that information and sent us information on the schools and maps of the different areas. When we arrived in Fayetteville, we didn't know a single person. She spent many days showing us the different neighborhoods and the shopping centers. We did all this with our three kids under foot. She was gentle and provided them with many laughs during the long hot days of house hunting.
While we were still deciding on which house to buy, the interest rates had climbed over one-half percent.Arrangements were made to allow us to still get a loan at the lower rate, saving us a substantial amount of money and even more frustration. As the final touches were put on our house, we made some last minute changes. These items were important to us, but not in the original contract. Maybe more important, we knew that even after the sale was complete, if we needed information or had a problem with our house that she would be there to help us fix it. This is important and still provides me with peace of mind today."
