Ever since buying my first home almost a decade ago, I've been hooked on real estate. From looking for homes, to negotiating deals, to getting a house sold quickly, nothing beats the feeling of anticipation and fulfillment that comes from helping people realize their financial goals through the purchase or sale of real estate.
I've been a licensed realtor in Connecticut for over three years. Specializing primarily in helping first time home buyers and relocation clients, my role is not only as a facilitator for real estate transactions but also as an educator, taking as much or as little time as the buyer needs to feel at ease and explain each part of the process. I've earned the Accredited Buyer Representative designation, which is only given to agents who have completed both training to represent buyers and a certain number of transactions representing buyers.
And recently, I expanded the services I provide to my clients by offering seller representation services. As a member of The Bajorski Team from REMAX Precision Realty, I can provide top-notch service to clients wishing to sell their homes. Whether you're a buyer or seller, I promise constant communication, thorough market research, knowledgable advice and committment to helping you reach your goals.
A lifelong Connecticut resident, Jessica has called Plainville, West Hartford, Avon, South Windsor and now Colchester home. Married with one child, she is also the proud parent to three rescued dogs.
