I am very active in our community.  I donate time each week to instruct students at Chico High School.  My real estate experience with many buyers looking in the northstate has lead me to location of properties and homes for: California State University new hires,  Heathcare professionals moving to the community and business executives desiring the unique home.  New home buyers are also well served by my experience and relationships with bankers, mortage brokers, mortage bankers, escrow and title companies and other colleagues who share the same passion for this business.
