Jackie has a passion for identifying and meeting the needs of her clients.  She says:  "What may seem a simple and straight-forward project usually entails much more investigative work than most realize.  There are always a number of factors that I take into account with each of my clients and their home.  Personal considerations are always important, market conditions, area trends, and a variety of other issues that may come into play.  It's important to me that my clients know I understand these and many other factors; and while I will educate them during the process to help them meet their end goal, ultimately, how much staging they choose for their home is always their decision and I recognize and honor that.  I really do enjoy helping my clients see things with greater depth and clarity - both literally and figuratively.  Staging or re-designing a property for a client isn't a hobby for me, it's a passion."

I love this question!  With 20 years experience in business development, I know and fully appreciate the importance of each and every client - AND the importance of listening to each of those clients.  Yes, we stage and re-design beautiful homes, so do many other home stagers and merchandisers; what we do differently is understand each client has different circumstances and different needs.  Our clients set the tone and pace.  We work as a team developing ‘our' agenda, not Perceptions AdverStaging's agenda.

Education should be an important part of every business and it's especially important in the ever changing real estate marketplace.  We are active members in RESA, the Real Estate Staging Association; we are members of our local Boards of Realtors® and we network with Realtors® locally and nationwide keeping abreast of changes in the buyers mind's eye.  Jackie is a Certified Home Stager and Redesigner, having completed an extensive 21 day training and certification program offered by the highly respected Home Staging Resource.  Additionally, Jackie is a Certified Dewey Color Consultant, having participated in and completed the first Dewey Color Consultant Certification Training Program ever offered in the New England area in October, 2007.
