I will always call you back! being a new-ish agent and an middle age-ish person I always ask new clients why they are not calling the agent that sold them their last home or showed them that last listing. I hear all to often that that agent did not return calls or keep in touch. I promise I will not be THAT agent. I will go the extra mile to find the perfect fit and make every effort to get to know my clients likes and dislikes. I feel that if I am doing my job well you will not need to waste your time looking at 3 dozen homes. We will spend some time geting to know one another while looking at enough homes in the area to have educated idea of pricing and to guide you to define your needs and wants.  Then let me do some of the leg work, you need only look at the homes that truly meet your criteria. I spend my time reviewing new listings and am very familiar with local inventory,thats my job.I keep hearing from more experienced agents how tough the market is, no I have not had to resort to the pick a number system,but I've been a multi million dollar producer since my first full year and every single family is living the american dream in the home I helped to procure I'm good with that. You truly are only new that first day...

In my previous life as consultant for geriatric social work I placed many people in assisted living or nursing home facilities simply because of physical limitations that could with proper planing have resulted in more time in less restrictive environs.If you are looking for your last home I can arrange an occupational therapist  evaluation to suggest improvement to last into your golden years. I also have seen many people with added unecessary stress of selling their long time home to pay for placement. I am educated, understanding and patient to the senior special needs and barriers- physical or psychological.
