I am passionate about Greenville and Pitt County!  I chose to locate here in 1981 from the little town of Weymouth, Nova Scotia.  So I have watched our city grow from less than 25,000 people to nearly 70,000...and a total of 145,000 in the county.  I know where the jobs are, where to shop, where to attend school, who is hiring and where to live.  Just ask! Greenville is home to East Carolina University, Brody School of Medicine and University Health Systems...Children's Hospital, Heart Tower, Cardiac Center, and much more.  We're only 1 1/2 hours from beautiful beaches and one hour (ish) from Raleigh, our state capital. Greenville has everything from historic homes and tree-lined streets to martini bars, ballet and nationally ranked BMX riders. Who would not want to live here?  I met my husband here, we've raised our son in Greenville and plan to call Pitt County "home" for many years to come. I have helped over 400 families find new homes since 2000.  Prior to that I worked with my husband in his residential construction company/land development, which gave me an excellent knowledge of cost, labor, land issues and scheduling.  I learned how to find the right people to do the best jobs.  For you, that means I am a problem-solver.  I am a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, member of the local and national Association of Realtors, member of the local and national Home Builders Association, Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce and the national Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.  The two areas I most enjoy are new construction and fixing older homes so they are ready for the selling market...I know who to call to paint, remove old carpet, clean the hardwood floors, remove over-grown shrubs, and complete repairs.  So call me...I can get it done!
