I spend a lot of time with each of my clients.  I like all the aspects of being a Realtor.  I love helping a client get their home ready for sale with staging and pricing.  I love going to look at prospective homes with my clients.  I like to negotiate and get the best deal possible.  I have great people on my team that make my job a pleasure.  These include home inspectors, mortgage brokers, title agents, property managers etc...  I love seeing my clients' eyes light up with excitement when we find THE home.  And my very favorite part is hosting a House Warming Party for my clients! This is a great job!

As a former educator, I love working with first time buyers and helping them to understand the home buying process.  They are usually getting advice and information from many sources that needs to be sorted out.  I like being able to help in this process.
