Someone recently asked what qualifies me to be a Home Stager. Below is my response:
1. I have a strong marketing background, having spent 10+ years in Corporate Marketing, including over two years at an advertising agency. To me, Staging is a marketing tool to help Sellers get their homes in showcase condition to appeal to the largest pool of perspective buyers. The greater number of interested buyers, the faster the house sells and the more it sells for.
2. I am a Certified Project Manager, which means I'll keep the project on schedule, within budget, and delivered to the Seller's high expectations. This is very important, as every Seller has a unique situation -- as a Certified Project Manager, I'm qualified to keep the project on track. I'll make sure the house is in top selling condition in time for the Open House!
3. I'm an Accredited Staging® Professional and a member of the International Association of Staging Professionals. I've been trained by StagedHomes.com and am equipped with the tools and techniques that are proven to sell homes faster and for more money.
4. I bring passion, creativity and expertise to each and every home I Stage! Nothing makes me happier than seeing my "Partners" get the most for their listings!
