Interior designer with passion for her craft, she is also one of the few home stagers with an MBA. As well as spending a number of years working in office leasing brokerage, she has spent the last 15 years honing her skills in design, marketing, and communications.

Jeff S. Presnail, CSP Certified Home Stager
Ten years as a home décor buyer and visual merchandiser combine to create a stager with a firm grip on concepts like scale, alternative furniture placement and space rearrangement. With a natural knack for problem-solving, his specialty is low-budget high-impact projects.

After an initial meeting to get a basic assessment of your home, we can begin right away to set in motion the necessary steps towards a successful showing.

Here's what we do:
• Prepare the exterior of your property to improve its "curb appeal". Buyers are making assessments about the interior of your home before they even step through the front door.
• De-clutter and organize. Storage space is considered extremely important; you don't want your overstock of personal effects to influence a buyer's decision. Cleaning and organization are often recommended and usually performed by the home owners themselves to reduce costs.
• Complete minor repairs inside and out. By minimizing flaws, a potential buyer has less ammunition to use in negotiations.
• Interior staging. Maximize space and highlight architectural elements in your home by re-laying your existing furnishings, neutralizing design elements and de-personalizing. Simple, light and airy design appeals to a broader range of buyers.
• Vacant property staging. In the event of selling a vacant property, we will supply furniture and accessories, as it is difficult for a seller to visualise in an empty space.
