Stonegate Mortgage is a full service mortgage banker in Fishers Indiana.  We are not a broker, we are a lender.  That means we approve and close the loan ourselves.  We have access to over 1500 loan programs including conventional, FHA, jumbo and our specialty, home construction and remodel financing.  I have been working in various parts of the mortgage business since 1983, and have seen it all.  If you are a real estate agent, we both agree that getting to the closing smoothly is the goal.  If you are a homeowner or builder you need to know the facts about mortgage lending and why it does matter who you choose.  My team and I are service providers-we don't like to lose business on price, but we want you to know how to make an informed decision about your financing, even if we are not the ones who provide your loan.  I have not gotten rich doing loans, but I can sleep at night knowing I worked to make sure the financing you needed was the best option available.  My rule is this-if my client were family would I be able to see them every family gathering.

Construction Lending for new homes as well as existing home remodel or rehabilitation.  We provide the most extensive line of programs including the Equity Builder-our loan using your home's as-completed value to finance the maximum amount of construction costs.  In many cases 100% of costs can be financed.  We also provide the most aggressive financing for larger loan needs-commonly known as jumbo loans-$417,000 to $3 million.  Since we are a direct mortgage lender, if the program exists we can offer it.  We are not a mortgage broker, nor are we a bank-the best of both worlds. 

We offer refinance and home equity lending as well, but purchase and construction lending is our priority.  If you are an agent in Central Indiana, you owe it to yourself to include us with your preferred lending partners.
