Certified Home Inspections are satisfaction guaranteed or money refunded. I am thorough and unbiased. I am conscious of time and protective of legal positions. I ask the seller to complete a "declaration form" and I include a "hold harmless" clause in the "pre inspection agreement to ensure that agents will not be held responsible for my home inspection.  I like the ebay system where I ask for client comments,  bad or good,  and ask for referrals so all parties can build a business. I prepare a "show and tell" report for the client,  encourage communication, and relationship building.

We recently purchased our first house and had the pleasure of hiring Bill Marston of the Financial Toolbox for our home inspection. Bill examined the house from top to bottom in detail and provided a comprehensive home inspection report. We were very pleased with the report which included, along with a derth of information, pictures of the house and all of the things which need attention following the purchase. These photographs were particularly useful in that they show exactly where attention is needed and we do not need to rely on our memory at the time of the inspection, when there was so much new information being delivered. Especially useful were additional photographs of things like gas and water line positions so we would know where to turn things on and off once we moved in, which was to be nearly three months later. Our inspection left us with the feeling that we knew enough about the home to make an informed decision and know that we were making a solid investment. We felt that we got a first rate service from the Financial Toolbox and would not hesitate to recommend the service to friends and relatives.
