"About a year and a half ago my husband and I sold our home with the help of Josh, and I must say that it was so stressful until we met Josh Holt. We had our house on the market for about nine months when we had been referred to Josh. Selling your house can be very painful but, Josh took all that away HE SOLD THE HOUSE and we are happily living in our new house and the young couple that bought our house seemed to be very happy as well."

"Hi Josh,

I apologize for just sort of disappering after the closing and not following
up with you at all. We want to again thank you for the time you spent with
us looking for the right cottage, walking through snow and across frozen
lakes on your weekends. We are extremely excited about what we now have.
We're just disappointed that we have to close it up soon for the winter, but
certainly looking forward to next year. We've been going to the cottage most
weekends since we closed in August. This past weekend was beautiful. We took
the canoe and cayak out on the lake and had the entire thing to ourselves.
I'm surprised how quiet it got after Labor Day. We're likely going to be
closing up this weekend. The neighbors are great and we've become good
friends with them. All we've done is replace the toilet, paint the kitchen
(Kathy wanted to get rid of that blue color), and I cleaned out the shed a
bit (actually found a pistol with live bullets locked in a drawer). Other
than that it's pretty much the same. We've been lighting the fireplace the
past few weekends to get the cold out which has been nice. Overall we are
very happy with it.
