My name is Hilary and I work for Patrion Mortgage which is a division of Altura Credit Union. My offices are in San Jacinto and Hemet. I love helping people to purchase the home of their dreams or invest in Real Estate. My mom is a Realtor so I was "raised on real estate". Since that is the case, I have almost 25 years of experience under my belt...HAHAHA!! (if you count being able to answer phones, and take a professional message by the age of 5.)

Real Estate is my passion, and once I get started talking about Home Loans and Real Estate it is hard to stop me. I love finding solutions and helping to educate people that don't have any experience in the stuff I do everyday. Education about Home Loans and Real Estate is very important to me. I currently have my California Real Estate License and I am also a Notary. Since I have my license I feel that it helps me know both sides of the field when it comes to buying a home.

I am the FHA expert, or "Go to Gal" in our office. I have completed extensive training on the FHA program and remain committed staying on top of the changes that will come in the future. Since Altura was formerly Riverside County Credit Union, I am well versed in CalPERS and CalSTRS. Riverside County is currently offering down payment assistance, and I am certified to help people who are in need of that assistance. I am also constantly active in the Hemet Valley area and it remains my goal to stay current with local programs, and to know what is going on in my community. If there is something out there that I am unfamiliar with, I have a great team that is always eager to help me, and I pledge to find the answer.
