Together Blair Hamaty and Will Hayward and Sue Shockley bring many years of talent and experience to “set” the spaces of your home.

Blair’s background in retail furniture and home décor necessitated a flair for merchandising. His ability to redesign vignettes to always have a fresh appeal to customers naturally makes him an adept home stager. Blair’s experience in textiles and custom furniture design allowed him to use his talents in guiding people toward their personal style. Because of this Blair is also now a certified color consultant for clients who need coordination for walls and fabric colors. Will’s profession for many years as a decorative painter required close collaboration with architects, designers, and homeowners alike. Will’s innate talent, sense of style and ability to transform spaces with paint and color alone make him a natural asset to the Setting The Space team. Will is an esteemed and sought after color consultant as well as a certified decorator and instructor for decorative finishes having studied at the renowned Decorating Masters Institute in Florida.

Both Blair and Will are accredited home stagers who bring their many talents and resources to your home to achieve your goals of redesigning or organization or even simply readying your home for the real estate market.

Setting the Space owns our own line of accessories which includes wall art, rugs, lamps, greenery and much more. We are able to rent these items to clients to help spruce up their space to make it more appealing to potential home buyers. We are also affiliated with furniture rental companies and are able to rent furniture for rental homes and condo's as well.
