My main focus is primarily the Kansas City North areas of Clay and Platte Counties. Having said that, I have listed and sold homes in many other areas of the greater Kansas City area too, but ideally would say that I'm best known for the Northland communities.
I'm currently a committee member of the Keller Williams, Northland Partners ALC (agent leadership council) and have taught classes in our office on Marketing and Agent to Agent Referrals plus am currently preparing to teach classes on Negotiations and Photography for Real Estate.
I have extensive knowledge and experience with new contruction homes and have a CSP (certified new homes sales professional) designation from the National Association of Home Builders http://www.nahb.org/
Although I do handle just about any price range in the Kansas City area, I would honestly say that I shine the most working with upscale, premium properties. My connections for financing these homes and experience in working with these type of sellers and buyers puts everyone at ease througout the entire transaction.
A considerable amount of my business is also from country properties in the 3 to 40 acre range. There are many different things that differenciate a "city" property from something in the country and I believe it's critical to work with a real estate agent that understands these issues and can protect his clients both on the seller and buyer sides of the transaction.
Lastly, one of my favorite types of buyers are the relocation clients. I love working with them and have been told I give them a sense of comfort in helping them find the right homes and making such an important decision. See my testimonials for some examples.
