I specialize in first time home buyers and first time home sellers. I see myself as an educator because if you haven't bought or sold a home before (or for a while) there will be a lot of questions you need answered. I often find myself getting excited right along with my clients as I help them map out a plan to buy or sell a home for the first time.  I am also particularly knowledgeable in the area of manufactured and modular housing.
