I relocated to Virginia in June of 2005 from Utah. I started shopping for houses on the internet in May. One of the houses I pulled up was Gwen's. She was very responsive to me on any questions I had. She then started sending me more and more information about the housing market, and several homes in my price range. I looked at other realtor's homes, but none gave me information about the area like Gwen. For over a month she kept me informed of market conditions all over northern Virginia. She became my buying agent and was real helpful in finding the right home for me and my family. 8 months later I got transferred back to Utah. So I decided to use Gwen as my selling agent. She did a great job of marketing my home. We now have a full price offer on it. I have worked with 7 realtors in my life on buying, or selling homes and no one has provided as great service as Gwen Walton.

With the slow down in the housing market, (at least that´s what our 1st listing agent said was the problem for our house being on the market for 4 months) but Gwen pulled out every stop. Canvassing neighboring developments and comparing and introducing our home to other agents and would be buyers, Gwen was able to get it off the market in 3 short weeks. With the amount of communication, attention to detail and above and beyond sales technique one would have thought she was selling her own home. Gwen, my wife and I thank you so very much.
