Over the years I've bought and sold homes on both coasts and many places in between. Naturally a realtor was involved in these transactions and I found most of them to add little value other than to steward the sales process...they utilized the local MLS, filled in forms, and eventually showed up at the closing. I have already recommended Nancy to several close friends and their experience was identical to mine. By extension I can unequivocally recommend Nancy to anyone. Whether for a primary residence or investment property, she knows the market and gets the job done professionally to her clients satisfaction.
