My house was on the market with several Realtors before I met Gary, I was going through a bitter Divorce and was about to lose my house through foreclosure, I was working constantly and was never home to interview Realtors who wanted to meet me at my house. Gary understood what I was going through and met me at my place of business he had all the usual Realtor forms and ones I've never seen before from a Realtor! Gary explained to me that he was going to get my bank to work with me instead of against me and these papers were for me to give my permission to act on my behalf.

I could see that Gary was a unique Realtor and I decided to go ahead with him. I was at my witts end, everyone else promissed me things and didn't deliver and it cost me time and loads of money.

Gary went to work right away, he actually did get the bank to postpone a foreclosure action! I don't know how but he did. Then he marketed the heck out of my property and got on the phone calling everyone he knew I know this because I walked in on him one night when he was at his office he didn't know I was there and all the while he was trying to sell my house.

Finally about 13 days later "13" Gary calls me at work and say's Scott I need you to sign some papers for me, upset I said "what are these for" Gary said I've got your house sold! A big relief came over me, when I met with him the purchase price was less than asking and I told Gary I wanted to just get out of the deal but not owe a ton of money to the Bank. Gary said, "Scott, sign the papers the Bank has already agreed to the sale price of the home." During the home inspection everything came up wrong with the property and naturally the buyer wanted it fixed and Gary convinced the Buyers they weren't getting anything out of me.

When Gary contacted me after the sale of the property and asked me to write a Testimonial for him I was only to Glad to help out. Gary did everything he said he would do, he was very laid back when dealing with me but I found out, he was a Pit Bull when it came to negotiations. I am Truly Grateful for the effort that Gary put fourth for me and will always highly recommend his services. When it comes to experience there is no one better!
